Corporate Partners

Members must be sponsored by their employers to participate in the 2045 Leaders Program.

Once accepted into the 2045 Leaders cohort, members will receive access to a series of programming designed to make them feel seen, heard and valued, including:

• Councils: curated groups of 6-10 individuals who meet every other month; meetings are facilitated by an executive coach of color
• Executive Coaching Office Hours: private 1:1 virtual coaching sessions geared toward accelerating personal and professional growth
• Curated Workshops, Events, Networking, and more
