We support leading companies in building inclusive work cultures and help professionals become better leaders. Even in companies with robust DEI programs and diverse employees, there remains the issue of the Inclusion Gap: the disparity between the work done by siloed DEI teams and the values felt and embodied by employees on a daily basis.
